Rumor Mill Bakery began the way most honest things do — someone wanted to make something real, and Emmett needed it. Not a chain. Not a franchise. Just a bakery that shows up every morning and does the work.
We bake for the farmer on his way to the field, the teacher grabbing coffee before first period, the family celebrating something worth celebrating. This isn't a business that happens to be in Emmett — it's a bakery that exists because of Emmett.
The name came naturally. In a town this size, the bread is always fresh, the coffee is always hot, and the news — well, that's just part of the experience.
